  • comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of individual and collective labour law: drafting employee documentation (including contracts of employment, non-competition agreements, management contracts), individual and group redundancies, transfer of workplace, representing employers before courts of all instances and settlement negotiations in all labour law matters, representing employers in collective disputes and negotiations with trade unions;
  • advisory in planning of employment structure and employment restructuring, remuneration and benefit schemes for employees and management;
  • drafting and negotiating of internal policies, codes and regulations, such as collective labour agreements, work and remuneration regulations, regulations of company’s social benefit fund, ethical codes and anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing policies;
  • providing trainings on employment matters, addressed to the employer or staff at various levels;
  • analysis of conformity of the employer’s activities and internal regulations with provisions of labour law (compliance);
