  • representing Clients in court and administrative proceedings concerning zoning and real estate development;
  • legal advisory on civil and administrative law aspects of real estate development, in particular regarding spatial management and investment process;
  • drafting, giving opinions and negotiating design and construction agreements, as well as any other contracts related to investment process of buildings assigned for residential, office, retail, industrial or warehouse purposes, and structures (heating and energy networks, photovoltaic cells, wind power stations);
